Simply more than a delivery service: The most important information about the delivery of our products.
Delivery is made free of charge to your home within two to three weeks. Small items and goods that can be shipped by parcel service are delivered within two to three working days. You can find information on the current delivery time online for each item below the reference number. Please feel free to contact us if you have any special requests regarding the delivery date.
Your ordered furniture will be delivered by contracted furniture forwarding companies working on our behalf. The carrier will contact you by phone in advance to arrange the delivery. The trained staff will also handle assembly and placement (with the exception of drilling, foundation work, or other structural measures), position the furniture wherever you prefer, and of course take the packaging materials away with them. This service, as well as the delivery itself, is free of charge for you.
Please note: We deliver to the German islands under the same conditions. However, on car-free islands, we are unfortunately unable to offer this full service. In such cases, delivery will be made by an island freight forwarder as general cargo, free curbside delivery.
Small items and goods that can be shipped by parcel service are usually delivered within two to three working days, subject to availability. If we have your email address, you will also have the option to track your shipment online.
Please note that some of our particularly large-format furniture pieces are delivered as a whole and not in individual parts as standard. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance of delivery if there are any specific structural conditions on site that need to be taken into account. You will find a corresponding note online under “Dimensions” for the respective item. During the ordering process, you also have the option to enter relevant information in the designated comment field.
Choosing high-quality garden furniture is not a decision made lightly. If, for example, you are not entirely sure whether the selected pieces truly suit your terrace, or if you would like to experience the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, simply take advantage of our free viewing delivery service. Subject to availability, we will deliver a selection of furniture to your home free of charge. If you decide otherwise, we will collect the items again after a maximum of 30 days. We are also happy to deliver to other regions. Our separate price lists and delivery terms apply. Delivery usually takes place within three weeks. Shipping costs to Switzerland, Austria, Poland, and the United Kingdom are already included in the prices. For all other countries and European holiday regions, we will gladly provide information on procedures and freight rates upon request.
