After your order has been reviewed by Garpa Customer Service, you will receive an order confirmation for all items by email.
In Germany, our furniture is generally delivered free of charge within two to three weeks. Our furniture forwarding company will contact you directly by telephone to arrange delivery.
Small items and goods that can be delivered by parcel service are usually delivered within two to three working days.
If you choose items with different delivery times, you have the option during the ordering process, in the shopping cart under “Review and Order”, to request a partial delivery of items that are immediately available.
Furniture orders are delivered by trained delivery drivers. They also take care of assembly and placement (with the exception of drilling, foundation work or other structural measures), position the furniture wherever you would like it, and of course take the packaging away with them. Naturally, this service, as well as the delivery, is free of charge for you.
