The Office Knife from the Blade Collection is manufactured in Germany and comes in a gift box together with a care set.
Peeling, slicing and more
The beautifully grained Italian olive wood handle sits comfortably in the hand. The fine blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, is particularly well suited to peeling and slicing fruit and vegetables. It is ground to a thin profile in three stages at a 15° angle and features a bolsterless design, allowing the entire length of the blade to be used from heel to tip and making it easy to sharpen.
Care Instructions
We recommend washing the knife exclusively by hand using warm water and a mild detergent that does not contain bleach or citrus extracts. If required, the wooden handle can be treated with food-safe mineral oil. To do so, apply a few drops of the supplied grapeseed oil with a cloth and repeat the process until the wood no longer absorbs the oil.
